Don't end the week with nothing. Prefer to work on things you can show. Prefer to work where people can see you. Prefer to work on things you can own.

This is why I write TILs. In fact, I go through phases where I take this a step further, and I try to not end the day with nothing. Surely I learned something new today, so let me spend the last 10 minutes of the day making sure I understood it and writing it up.
