A lot of people seem confused because AI both lowers the floor AND raises the ceiling. They [see] slop and assume thats all that's possible. But special is possible but takes effort!

Don't listen to people who cannot imagine using a powerful tool to do anything but put minimal effort in.

I quickly figured out ways to integrate LLMs and coding harnesses into my day-to-day as a software developer. As the models get better, so do the results. There is still a wide range of quality that you can end up.

What I’ve been finding most exciting lately is figuring out specific prompts, skills, and workflows to get better software from a coding harness than if I were writing it on my own. I’m nowhere near the ceiling on that.
